We bring together UESCA-certified running coaches who craft customized training plans that actually fit your life’s demands, and registered dietitians who design nutrition guides to keep you fueled and feeling strong. Add in mental support, practical advice, and a community that celebrates every small win, and you’ve got yourself a team that’s in it with you from day one until you proudly cross that finish line.

I’ll be honest: I never considered myself a runner—actually, I hated it. I lived a comfortable life and had zero interest in pounding the pavement. But one day, I took a leap and signed up for a marathon without a clue how to train for it.

That decision flipped my whole perspective. As I struggled through those first tough miles, I discovered strength, resilience, and a willingness to face challenges head-on. Better yet, I didn’t do it alone. I found a community of everyday people who believed in pushing past comfort and proving we’re tougher than we think.

I started My First Marathon to give you that same support. It’s not just about crossing a finish line—it’s about discovering who you really are when the going gets tough, and being part of a crew that’s cheering you on every step of the way. Let’s take that leap together.
