I’m not a ‘real runner’—is this going to be too intense for me?
No worries at all! We welcome all levels, and our UESCA-certified coach will adjust your plan based on your current fitness. If you’re just starting out, we’ll start slow and build up. Remember, everyone’s a “real runner” here.
I’m super busy—how can I fit this training into my hectic schedule?
We totally understand! Our coaching approach is all about meeting you where you’re at. We’ll help you create a training schedule that fits into your life, not the other way around. Even if it’s short runs on weekdays and a long run on the weekend, we’ll find a plan that works for you.
What if I struggle or lose motivation along the way?

If I want to change my plan later—can I upgrade or switch?
Of course! We know that goals evolve. If you start with a certain plan and later decide you need more support, it’s easy to upgrade or switch. Just let us know, and we’ll help you transition smoothly so your training keeps moving forward.
If life gets in the way, can I cancel my membership?
We get it—life happens. If you need to pause or cancel, you can do so at any time. No hard feelings, no hassles. We’ll always be here if you decide to come back for another round!
